Enguany a la fira hi han estat presents a m\u00e9s de l\u2019aranesa, 163 sidres procedents de mes que 20 pa\u00efsos, entre els quals Anglaterra, Jap\u00f3, Fran\u00e7a, Espanya, Noruega, U.S.A, Irlanda, It\u00e0lia i Tx\u00e8quia.<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"http:\/\/www.conselharan.org\/wp-content\/uploads\/2018\/07\/APE_0863-copia-001.jpg\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"aligncenter size-large wp-image-23122\" src=\"http:\/\/www.conselharan.org\/wp-content\/uploads\/2018\/07\/APE_0863-copia-001-1024x782.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"1024\" height=\"782\" srcset=\"https:\/\/www.conselharan.org\/wp-content\/uploads\/2018\/07\/APE_0863-copia-001-1024x782.jpg 1024w, https:\/\/www.conselharan.org\/wp-content\/uploads\/2018\/07\/APE_0863-copia-001-300x229.jpg 300w, https:\/\/www.conselharan.org\/wp-content\/uploads\/2018\/07\/APE_0863-copia-001-768x587.jpg 768w\" sizes=\"(max-width: 1024px) 100vw, 1024px\" \/><\/a><\/p>\n<p>Arantast funciona des de l\u2019any 2008 dedicada parcialment a la revaloritzaci\u00f3 d\u2019arbres fruiters a la Val d\u2019Aran amb m\u00e9s d\u2019un centenar de joves pomeres, pereres i pruneres empeltades amb varietats antigues o tradicionals. Antigament, especialment al Baish Aran, van haver-hi importants plantacions de fruiters. A la poblaci\u00f3 de Les s\u2019elaborava amb una gran premsa, suc de poma que despr\u00e9s es transformava en sidra. Actualment Arantast recullen les pomes dels arbres sense cap mena de tractament, per elaborar suc, sidra, vinagre, vinagres de sidra macerats i mostassa.<\/p>\n<p>Per obtenir la sidra han fet una selecci\u00f3 entre el ric patrimoni de varietats locals de poma de la Val d\u2019Aran i comarques pirinenques ve\u00efnes.<\/p>\n<p>La mostassa d\u2019Arantast elaborada a partir de grans de mostassa de cultiu ecol\u00f2gic, es pot trobar entre d\u2019altres al restaurant \u201cRasoterra\u201d, considerat com el millor restaurant vegetaria de Barcelona i d\u2019Espanya que elabora el &#8220;Tartar d\u00b4algues, pickles i mill fermentat amb mostassa de la Val d\u00b4Aran&#8221;.<\/p>\n<p>Finalment la sidra d\u2019Arantast que forma part dels productes de la \u201cMarca de Garantia de la Val d\u2019Aran\u201d, tamb\u00e9 \u00e9s protagonista de la revista \u201cCuina\u201d, que en l\u2019edici\u00f3 del mes de juny ofereix un ampli reportatge sobre les sidres elaborades a Catalunya.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n ","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Vielha, 5 de juliol de 2018.- La sidra elaborada a la Val d\u2019Aran per Arantast ha participat enguany al Cider World Award dins de la fira CiderWorld que s\u2019ha celebrat a Frankfurt, Alemanya, que \u00e9s considerada la fira m\u00e9s important del sector a nivell mundial.
