Des de suggerents entrants com el Rovell d&#8217;ou trufat amb crema d&#8217;alvocat, escamarl\u00e0 i caviar Nacarii fins a plats m\u00e9s contundents com l\u2019Esturi\u00f3 de la Val d&#8217;Aran cuinat en m\u00faltiples formes: marinat, confitat, a la brasa, rostit o a la papillota.<\/p>\n<p>Com en edicions anteriors les experi\u00e8ncies culin\u00e0ries poden acompanyar d&#8217;altres activitats. Entre elles, visitar la factoria de Les per con\u00e8ixer la hist\u00f2ria i proc\u00e9s d&#8217;elaboraci\u00f3, degustar caviar a la botiga del centre de Vielha o submergir-se en les aig\u00fces del balneari Termes Baronia de Les i con\u00e8ixer els tractaments elaborats amb caviar de la Val d&#8217; Aran.<\/p>\n<p>El mes de l&#8217;caviar est\u00e0 organitzat pel Conselh Generau d&#8217;Aran i Torisme Val d&#8217;Aran amb la col\u00b7laboraci\u00f3 de Caviar Nacarii i el Gremi d&#8217;Ostalaria dera Val d&#8217;Aran.<\/p>\n<p>El caviar aran\u00e8s Nacarii, que ha obtingut el reconeixement de cuiners i gastr\u00f2noms pel seu sabor aut\u00e8ntic, frescor, puresa i transpar\u00e8ncia, s&#8217;inclou dins de la Marca Garantia Val d&#8217;Aran.
