{"id":9977,"date":"2016-02-01T18:14:34","date_gmt":"2016-02-01T17:14:34","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/www.conselharan.org\/ca\/?p=9977"},"modified":"2016-02-01T18:14:34","modified_gmt":"2016-02-01T17:14:34","slug":"la-val-daran-a-la-jornada-catalunya-regio-gastronomica-europea-de-la-aiit-desade","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.conselharan.org\/ca\/la-val-daran-a-la-jornada-catalunya-regio-gastronomica-europea-de-la-aiit-desade\/","title":{"rendered":"La Val d\u2019Aran a la Jornada \u201cCatalunya, Regi\u00f3 Gastron\u00f2mica Europea\u201d de la AIIT d\u2019ESADE"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>Torisme Val d\u2019Aran, amb l\u2019objectiu de continuar potenciant la gastronomia aranesa com a atractiu tur\u00edstic i donar suport als cuiners i artesanas del sector alimentari del pa\u00eds, participa a la jornada organitzada per l\u2019Aula Internacional d\u2019Innovaci\u00f3 Tur\u00edstica d\u2019ESADE que dirigeix el catedr\u00e0tic del Departament de Direcci\u00f3 de Marketing d\u2019ESADE\u00a0 Josep Francesc Valls, amb el t\u00edtol de \u201cCatalunya, Regi\u00f3 Gastron\u00f2mica Europea\u201d.<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"http:\/\/www.conselharan.org\/wp-content\/uploads\/2016\/02\/IMG_3006.jpg\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"aligncenter size-large wp-image-9975\" src=\"http:\/\/www.conselharan.org\/wp-content\/uploads\/2016\/02\/IMG_3006-1024x712.jpg\" alt=\"IMG_3006\" width=\"1024\" height=\"712\" srcset=\"https:\/\/www.conselharan.org\/wp-content\/uploads\/2016\/02\/IMG_3006-1024x712.jpg 1024w, https:\/\/www.conselharan.org\/wp-content\/uploads\/2016\/02\/IMG_3006-300x209.jpg 300w, https:\/\/www.conselharan.org\/wp-content\/uploads\/2016\/02\/IMG_3006.jpg 1341w\" sizes=\"(max-width: 1024px) 100vw, 1024px\" \/><\/a><\/p>\n<p>La pon\u00e8ncia de la jornada va a c\u00e0rrec de Carme Ruscalleda, cuinera i propiet\u00e0ria del restaurant Sant Pau de Sant Pol de Mar, que \u00e9s la \u00fanica dona al m\u00f3n reconeguda amb 7 estrelles de la Gu\u00eda Michel\u00edn.<\/p>\n<p>A la jornada tamb\u00e9 hi participen Xavier Illa, Conseller Delegat de Hesperia, Conseller de NH i President de AIIT, Elena Foguet, Directora de Negoci de Value Retail i Xavier Espasa, Director General de l\u2019Ag\u00e8ncia Catalana de Turisme.<\/p>\n<p>La \u00a0gastronomia com element d\u2019innovaci\u00f3 i atractiu tur\u00edstic, \u00e9s un dels arguments a tenir en compte per el bon desenvolupament del sector, segons es despr\u00e8n de l&#8217;Informe d&#8217;Innovaci\u00f3 Tur\u00edstica a Espanya, elaborat per l&#8217;Aula Internacional d&#8217;Innovaci\u00f3 Tur\u00edsticad &#8216;ESADE.
